Meet the Staff, Part III

This is Patty (aka, Patty Patrice Ratty Rat), one of my three rats. She's the shyest of the bunch, but is the most athletic: not only can she run from her hammock to the safety of the hide-away house in record time, but she can jump from the top of the cat scratch post to my shoulder. The best distance jump she's achieved so far is 29 inches.

Patty came from Petco last February when she was only a couple of months old. Her coloring is termed Siamese. Although she's hard to catch, she's a sweet rat once she's out of the cage and enjoys exploring the house while riding on my shoulder.
